How to Order

Customers have several options with regard to placing

orders. A customer can place an order through the use

of shopping cart features included in the site, call

Payment Options

We can accept your credit card payments on our web site.

Credit card information is submitted through an encrypted,

SSL server for your protection. 

We can accept checks or money orders made payable

to Shongia, Inc., 22525 Clarendon Avenue, Richton Park,

IL. 60471. Personal Checks will require at least five

business days to clear the bank.

Sorry, C.O.D. orders are not accepted.

Shipping

Merchandise can be shipped through USPS, UPS or

FED-X. Because of the weight associated with most 

pieces of Shona sculpture, the primary shipping methods

will be through UPS or FED-X. Some of the  paintings are  

shipped pre-framed and matted in order to protect

the merchandise. This will contribute to the weight

of the paintings. All orders will be insured to protect

aganist loss or damage during shipment.

Buyer will be informed of shipping charges

prior to completion of the order.

Customer Guarantee

All orders are guaranteed to be authentic as stated or your

money back. Shongia Import Gallery strongly believes

in exceptional service and will make every effort to ensure

that our customers are satisfied. If you would like additional

pictures of a particular item, or have questions, please email

us prior to placing your order.

Return Policy 

All merchandise is returnable, provided the work is in its

original condition and is received within 30 days from

the date it was shipped. Buyer is responsible

for return shipping and insurance cost.

Shongia Import Gallery is not responsible for lost, damaged

or stolen return merchandise. The buyer is responsible for

the insurance of items and any claims associated with loss

or damage during return shipment. Should damage or

loss occur, buyer must reconcile claim with the carrier.

Shongia Import Gallery will not refund monies associated

with a lost, damaged or stolen return shipment.
